CRMAIBOT is a product of Chayaza Private Limited. crmaibot.com provides AI chatbot software, automation tools, lead generation tools, customer engagement solutions, integrations, and related services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
Account registration
Users must provide accurate information during registration and are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
Subscription plans
Services may be offered under Free Plans, Monthly Plans, Annual Plans, Enterprise Plans. Features vary by subscription.
Payments
All fees are payable in advance. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services. Taxes applicable under Indian law may be charged additionally.
No guaranteed results
crmaibot.com provides technology tools. We do not guarantee sales increases, lead generation volumes, conversion rates, revenue growth; results depend on user implementation and market conditions.
Acceptable use
Users shall not upload illegal content, send spam, violate whatsapp policies, violate intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access, use the platform for unlawful activities.
AI generated content
Responses generated by AI systems may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.
Intellectual property
All platform software, branding, designs, and technology remain the property of Chayaza Private Limited. Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages may affect availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chayaza Private Limited shall not be liable for loss of profits, business interruption, indirect damages, data loss, third-party service failures. Maximum liability shall not exceed fees paid during the preceding three months.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms. Users may discontinue use at any time.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kerala, India.
Refund policy
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be reviewed case-by-case within 7 days of payment. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods.
Cancellation
Users may cancel future renewals anytime from their account dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
Delivery policy
crmaibot.com is a digital SaaS platform. After successful payment, activation is generally instant, subscription features become available automatically, and no physical products are shipped.
