Visitors start in Sales mode. After email verification, customer-portal login or a verified connection to your website login, the assistant switches to Support. Signing out or an expired session returns it to Sales.
Yes. Configure separate instructions and knowledge for Sales and Support. Existing public business FAQs can be shared; private support knowledge is available only in authenticated Support conversations.
Verified customers can view records linked to their account, including orders, bookings and recorded connected-store request status. They can send support, callback and return enquiries to your team.
Each Double Engine subscription is priced 20% above its corresponding standard package. Monthly, annual and renewal amounts are shown below. Setup fees and taxes follow the selected package.
Both roles run through one bot and share the package's AI credit allowance. Each chat reply reserves one credit. Signing in, switching modes and submitting a support request do not themselves use an AI credit.
Your dashboard shows Sales and Support conversations and customer requests. Staff can review a request, update its status and leave a reply for the customer to view in their support activity.
