Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on the selected plan. Customers can request cancellation or plan changes from the dashboard or support channel.
Cancellations
Cancellation stops future renewal. Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless the account is suspended for policy reasons.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case for duplicate payments, billing errors, or service activation issues.
Plan changes
Upgrades can take effect immediately. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle unless manually approved by the platform admin.
Payment gateway
Razorpay transaction references and settlement timelines are subject to the payment provider processing rules.
