Train your chatbot from a website
Import accessible website content and verify that your assistant can use it accurately.
Choose a useful source
Use your business website with clear service, product, contact and policy pages. Pages that require a login or render all content only after interaction may not provide readable text.
Import website content
Website training availability and crawl limits depend on your package.
- Open AI Training, select your chatbot and choose Website Training.
- Enter the full website URL, including https://.
- Select Train website URL and wait for the result before starting another import.
- Check detected products or packages where relevant, then test questions in Preview.
Refresh changed information
When your website changes, train it again and retest affected answers. Importing the same website replaces its previously crawled knowledge. If important details are missing, add them as manual knowledge or FAQs.
