Does it include built-in horoscope features?

Yes. The optional Horoscope & Birth Chart add-on includes Vedic birth charts, Rashi, Nakshatra, Lagna, houses, dasha periods and guided interpretations. It also offers quick DOB numerology. Full charts use birth date, time and place; visitors choose whether to share their chart with your practice.

Is the Horoscope add-on included in the standard chatbot plan?

No. If required, Horoscope & Birth Chart integration is available as an optional add-on for ₹250 per month extra, in addition to your chatbot subscription. You can request activation from Dashboard > Add-ons. The standard chatbot can still answer service questions and capture enquiries without the add-on.
