Install the chatbot on your website
Find your embed code, add it to your website and verify the widget on a published page.
Get the correct embed code
Open dashboard Settings and integration and locate Embed code. Confirm the bot ID matches the chatbot you intend to install, especially if your account has several assistants.
Add the script
Place the embed code once in your website's shared footer or custom-code area. Your website editor may require an administrator account or a plan that supports scripts.
- Replace YOUR_BOT_ID with your actual chatbot ID, or copy the complete dashboard snippet.
- Save and publish your website changes.
- Clear page or CDN caches if your site uses them.
- Open the public website in a private browser window and send a test message.

Test on desktop and mobile. If the widget is missing, check your approved domain, subscription access and whether the script is present on the published page. Avoid adding the same script through multiple plugins or templates.
